Refund policy
The following is based on a New Zealand owned and operated business. We lawfully follow New Zealand Law based on the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Tradezilla Offers all its customers a 30 Day Warranty, This means that we should be contacted between 1 - 30 days from the time you receive the item. This warranty applies to a Return to Base Agreement and the customer would have to return the item back to our store for a full refund. If we decide it is not necessary to return to store we would need photo/Video evidence to show the fault.
If a product is Faulty we will do our utmost to replace the item, If we cannot do that then we will provide a refund once the item has been sent back by the customer to our Base location.
Our store does the best it can with testing and making sure product is fit for purpose, if you do find a fault or an issue please feel free to contact us. We have a very friendly team and will happily assist
